How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 days of purchase, and you'll get a tracking number by email once yours is on its way. If you order several items, some may arrive separately as part of an order can ship directly from our manufacturer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available to you.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you created an account at checkout you can also see your orders and tracking in your account area.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. Apparel such as chaps and jackets is eligible for exchange or refund, and items must be unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Jewelry and accessories are replaced if they arrive defective or damaged. See our return policy for the full details.
What is your jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is stainless steel, with leather used in bracelets, wallet chains and riding gear. The material for each piece is listed on its product page.
Will stainless steel jewelry tarnish?
Stainless steel holds its finish far better than plated jewelry. Wipe a piece with a soft dry cloth after riding, and take it off before swimming or using cleaning chemicals. Keep leather out of prolonged water.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring you already wear across the inside, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length, then compare it with the sizes on the product page. If you're between sizes, size up — wide biker bands sit tighter than thin ones.
How do I choose a chain length?
Every chain lists its length and width in the description. As a guide, a 20" chain sits at the collarbone and a 24" chain sits mid-chest, and a longer chain suits a heavier pendant.
Do you make pieces for women as well as men?
Yes. Our rings, chains, bracelets and pendants are worn by men and women, and our leather range includes men's and women's jackets and chaps.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Many pieces are restocked, but anything in our Last Call collection is the final run of that design — when it sells out, it's gone.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure payment system and we never see or store your card details. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
